Introduction
IT support services provided are tailored to individual needs. Tzang Productions is solely operated by Albert Tsang, who overlooks the majority of services. For services that exceed the use of one personnel or requires additional skills, a small team is deployed, offering a wide range of skills and abilities.
All services, regardless of complexity go through strict, documented procedures, ensuring both quality and an auditable trail.

Emergencies
Tzang Productions offers an immediate response service for those who have encountered a disaster within their IT infrastructure. All emergencies are communicated by phone until we arrive on-site.
During an emergency, we will attempt to obtain as much information and updates where possible whilst making our way to your site. It is imperative that you provide short, relevant answers to all questions as it is likely that we will be travelling whilst communicating with you.
